1. General Policy
Prashan Patra provides digital services and software-based educational tools.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases are final.
2. No Cancellation
Once a subscription, plan, or service has been purchased, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
3. No Refunds
No refunds shall be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Partial usage
- Failure to use the service
- User dissatisfaction after purchase
- Accidental purchases
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered if:
- Required by applicable law; or
- A duplicate payment is successfully verified.
Any such decision shall be made solely at the discretion of Prashan Patra.
